My stay at the hotel was mixed: the rooms were very nice and spacious but didn't quite meet my expectations for a 4-star rating. Nonetheless, they were very clean. The common areas felt a bit old. The service was excellent, with all the staff being nice and helpful. However, there was a continuous humming noise that was a bit bothersome. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the academia and the duomo, but being in a limited traffic area led to a hefty fine upon arrival. The dining experience had a decent selection, but the buffet was not replenished close to closing time. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
